How does BloomOptix AI work?

I purchased the startup kit. When will I receive the microscope?

The ioLight microscope will be shipped to you immediately via our distributing partners Aquatic Sensors and/or ioLight.

I purchased the AI subscription. How do I access the app?

The BloomOptix iOS app is available for download from the App Store and Google Play. You will be emailed a username and password to log into the app.

How do I activate the additional account that I purchased for my team member?

The purchasing organization or individual will receive an email with a username and password for the additional login.

How do I purchase if I live outside the U.S.?

Currently, the BloomOptix AI and startup kits are only available in the U.S. and Canada. If you wish to purchase outside of these territories, please contact us. A 5% import fee will be applied to microscopes shipped to Canada.

How do I purchase a microscope only?

If you're interested in the microscope only, please visit our distribution partners' websites at iolight.co.uk or aquaticsensors.com.

Can I purchase multiple microscopes and add on additional accounts?

If you'd like to purchase multiple microscopes for your organization and add on additional BloomOptix AI accounts at the discounted rate, please contact us.

How do I renew my subscription?

When your AI subscription is due for renewal, you will receive an email notification with renewal instructions.

How do I make a purchase if I have tax-exempt status?

Please first create an account and then contact us at info@bloomoptix.com. We will apply the tax-exempt status to your account before you make a purchase.
